FortuneKraft acts as a property-management company across all three real-estate models. We generate revenue through Airbnb, sub-letting, holiday homes, and events. For plots, we also handle property development.

You earn a variable monthly income based on the actual revenue your property generates. There's a 24-month lock-in, after which the property either stays with you, transfers back to FortuneKraft, or — in Model 3 — your shares are bought back.

Multiple owners on one property? We form a single LLP with all owners as co-shareholders. Single owner? You own the property under your name, with FortuneKraft as the manager.

Common Real Estate questions.

Can I exit before 24 months?add

Exit is structured per the LLP agreement — usually through a buyout from FortuneKraft or another LLP shareholder. Real Estate does not carry a 90-day money-back window — that protection is specific to the Holiday package.

What if the property earns less than expected?add

Monthly payouts are variable by design — that's the trade-off for the upside. Our property management runs multiple revenue streams (Airbnb, sub-let, events) to smooth seasonality.

Who handles the rental tax and statutory filings?add

For Models 1 & 2, the LLP files. For Model 3, FortuneKraft handles everything since the property is on our balance sheet.

Can I sell my fractional share to someone else?add

Yes — subject to the LLP agreement's transfer provisions. New buyers undergo standard KYC and the LLP shareholders are updated.

What if I want to use the property myself?add

Models 1 and 2 (property-owning) get 2N/3D stays per year for 2 years at any FK property, plus up to 15% lifetime discount thereafter. Model 3 share-holders skip the 2N/3D stays but keep the 15% lifetime discount. Self-use during peak Airbnb season may require staying at another listed FK property instead.

Where are the properties located?add

FortuneKraft sources properties primarily in Goa, with selective expansion to other tier-1 leisure / lifestyle markets. Each property is shown to you before any commitment.

What happens if FortuneKraft goes under?add

Models 1 & 2 — the property is already in your name. Model 3 — shares are governed by the LLP agreement and our broader balance sheet. CIN-registered, audited annually.

Can I combine Real Estate with the Holiday package?add

Yes — they're independent products. Many investors sign both: real estate for the asset, holiday for the experiences. Each is its own contract.
